Bad day at Gas station

Hye.Today i want to story about my day at Gas Station.It have been a month I work there,but this failure make me blur and sedikit geram.I am the type of person that want thing happen little perfect and clear but if the failure and mistake came,it will cause my moral down.

This thing happen when I work there on evening shift.Apa punya perkara lah yang macam biasa,isi minyak customer kan.But some moment,datang lah seorang pakcik yang sangat tua dan keseorangan dalam kereta proton Saga warna merah.

''dik,isi minyak dua puluh''

''Okay cik,dua puluh ea''

So,setkan lah RM20 untuk memenuhi perut kereta pak cik tu.Then,dengan drastik dia hulur sekeping note RM50.Setelah memulangkan bakinya ,teruslah MFA ke pam sebelah,nak isi minyak kepada sebuah motor.Tengah mengisi,tetiba pam bergegar.I thought it was an accident.But when I tinjau kat sebelah dah tercabut segala noozle pump dengan vessel2 nya skali.

Haa..macam ni lah lebih kurang gambarnya.Keret yang berekor.

Dengan pantasnya,terus lah MFA ke kereta tu.Naseb baek dia berhenti,buatnya di bawanya khazanah tu sampai ke Kuala Lumpur ke,mana nak mencari.So,when I went to this pak cik :-

''cik,kenapa jalan..minyak tak habes isi lagi tu''

''laaa,macam mana lah kau buat kerja''

Okay fullstop.sedikit geram jugak nak imbas balik ni.Tapi people always blame for the mistake yang dia terlibat sekali.Yes I admit i do mistake by accept his money before the petrol filled in.Tapi mistake beliau
-why give me a money first without look the meter
-why when u start the engine,did not look at the pump first
-what is the function of side mirror if u do not look at it
-u can ask me either i am finish yet or not
-why u didnot be responsible by see my boss 

haha.(bnyak pulak salah nye) tapi benda dah lepas .Hati dah tenang skit.Naseb baek Cik Violet menyelamatkan keadaan hati ni.But when my boss know about this,dia kata ''the cost for repair this is RM150'',(@.@)..separuh dari gaji  ..sabar je lah.When I learn OSHA(occupational safety and hazard),i remember about this that we call hazard.And we have corrective action to do when the hazard or risk come.So,MFA bersyukur because that knowledge make me think wisely and positive about this.Takkanlah MFA nak resah and menangis kan,nanti kerja tak jalan pula.

So,the moral of the story is focus at your work mentally and emotinally.And dont take money from someone that you dont know.Customer is always right and can be wrong too.
